Love that you’ve done your research!

I just watched a few of your videos and like how well rounded you are…your attacking and serve receive passing are the first two things that stood out to me.

    NCAA Division III

I enjoyed watching your film. I have added you to our recruiting list.

We look forward to staying in touch over the next few years.

    NCAA Division I

We are recruiting a Libero for 2028 and we do have a scholarship for your position.

Please let me know when is a good time to talk to you.

I was able to watch the tail end of one of your games and I think you have potential to play at our level!

You have some impressive film. You are a versatile player as a setter and DS.

    NCAA Division II9 hours

I attended the AAU National Championships and had the opportunity to watch you play; I was very impressed.

I attached an invitation to our INVITE ONLY Elite Camp… reserved for a select group of top recruits that our coaching staff has personally identified… limiting each session to just 12 to 14 athletes.

    NCAA Division III

I was able to watch you play a set this morning at AAU Nationals, and we are excited about the possibility of you joining our program in the future!

    NCAA Division III

We look forward to players who are versatile and can do more than one thing, and your range defensively and ability to also hit on the RS is valuable.

We will add 6 student athletes to our team in 2027. We have a lot of interest in those spots and are beginning to narrow down who we offer positions to.

    NCAA Division III

I am headed out to recruit for several weeks tomorrow, but I look forward to watching you play!

All this email did was share a schedule

Thanks so much for sending over your schedule! We are looking forward to a great weekend of recruiting and will do our best to swing by your court.

    NCAA Division II

Thanks for reaching out! We look forward to seeing you compete with your team at AAUs.

We are currently recruiting the 2028 class and encourage you to check out our advanced camp dates in July!

This athlete could not make their camp, and asked for the call anyway.

If I am being honest, our full recruiting focus is on the class of 2027 right now. But, we do have you on our big board / watch list for 2028 and will keep you in mind.

Head coach · NCAA Division II

    I made this
    because I
    needed it.

This system was forged prompt by prompt, template by template, edit by edit, through a live recruiting process that's still running. You're getting the exact system, not a cleaned-up version of it.

I'm not a coach. I'm not a recruiter. I'm a lawyer and volleyball parent who learned AI from scratch. When I started my daughter's recruiting process, I thought hiring a recruiter meant I'd washed my hands of the hard part.

The recruiter handles the strategy: coach relationships, program knowledge, visit planning, call preparation, compliance guidance. That part was covered. But identifying schools that fit. Building a pipeline. Tracking contacts and follow-ups. Pulling stats after every tournament. The research. The school-specific hooks. The draft emails. Emailing 20 to 30 schools before and after every tournament. Keeping the pipeline warm between events. It was all mine.

So I did what I do for a living: I made a system. I leveraged AI to handle the volume, cut the time, and send emails that actually sound like they came from my daughter, not a template, not a bot. Emails that highlighted her skills, connected her background to what each coach was building, and gave them a reason to care. It worked. And at some point I realized there were other parents and athletes out there who could use what I'd figured out on my own.

Every template in this product is based on a real email I sent. The Pipeline Tracker is one we're actively using right now. This isn't theory. It's a system forged through hundreds of emails, dozens of iterations, and a live recruiting process that's still running.

    Everything you need.
    Nothing you don't.

One purchase. Everything included. A complete system to build, feed, and manage your volleyball recruiting pipeline. It works for any collegiate path: D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and JUCO.

    Set Up Your Workspace+

Set up your environment so Claude has the context it needs to work effectively for your athlete, every session, without starting over. When things change, you update and keep going.

    1
    Phase 1
    Targeting Brief+

Define what the right school actually looks like for your athlete, athletically and academically. Most families discover they weren't targeting the most ideal programs for their athlete's real profile. This phase fixes that before you send a single email.

    2
    Phase 2
    Athlete Dossier+

Capture everything that makes your athlete specific: their story, their skills, their goals, their voice. This is what makes every email sound like it came from them, not a template.

    3
    Phase 3
    Build the List+

Identify and evaluate programs worth pursuing. Your list isn't built once. It grows and shifts throughout the season as your athlete develops, tournaments happen, and coaches engage.

    4
    Phase 4
    Outreach + Follow-Up+

The engine of the system. School-specific, situation-specific outreach at volume, without sounding like a mass email. You review and send. Claude handles the research and drafting.

    5
    Phase 5
    Pipeline Tracker+

Know exactly where every school stands at any moment. Know where to focus before every tournament. Turn a chaotic list of contacts into an active, managed pipeline.

    For anyone
    doing the work.

    Parents running the process

No recruiter, or a recruiter who handles strategy while you handle execution. This system is built for exactly that split: volume, organization, and emails that don't sound AI generated.

    Families already in the process

Even if you've already contacted 40 schools, start with the Targeting Brief. The most common outcome: you realize you weren't targeting the most ideal schools for your athlete's athletic and academic profile. That correction alone is worth it.

    Families just getting started

Starting early means setting up the right infrastructure before you're in the pressure of active recruiting season. The foundation you lay now (Targeting Brief, Athlete Dossier, school list) is what makes every session faster from that point forward.

    Non-tech parents and athletes

You don't need to know how AI works. You need to know your athlete. The prompts are copy-paste, and the instructions are written in plain English by someone who learned this from scratch. If you can send an email, you can use this system.

This is not for you if...

You're looking for a magic button that removes your athlete from the process entirely. This system requires your athlete's voice, your honest assessment of fit, and eyes on every email before it sends. AI handles the volume and the research. You handle the judgment. That split is non-negotiable, and it's why the emails work.

And what it looks like up close

Two of them, all the way through.

One cold email, and where it went

Sounds like you did your research on us which is exciting. We have had many of our athletes graduate our program and go the PA route.

    Three days later

Impressive that you were able to do that as an OH. Yes, we would enjoy getting on the phone with you.

    Six weeks later

That would be great if you could come on a visit this weekend. Let me know once you decide what day you are coming and we will try to get you set up on an admissions tour.

At this time we are not looking at adding a defensive player in your class. We will make sure to still evaluate you at nationals and let you know if our needs do shift in that direction.

“Going into AAU Nationals, she had 3 interactions from 2 schools… Post tournament she has over 200 from 30 schools.

    Lyndsay & Alyssa · 2027 DS/RS

At the beginning of my daughter's Junior school season we had no real understanding of the recruiting process. We were lost. We knew my daughter was a solid all around player, who makes a difference on the court by creating problems for her opponents. However, she is undersized, plays for a brand new school, and for a small club. She was awarded 1st team All-Conference among several D1 and D2 commits. Still, the only people who knew about her were her teammates who relied on her and opponents who respected her — which, in recruiting, means nothing.

Going into AAU Nationals, she had 3 interactions from 2 schools on her University Athlete profile. Insert Get Seen Playbook. Roughly two weeks out, my daughter and I went to work, following all of the suggestions from the Get Seen Playbook. We knew who she was: a student, an athlete, a competitor and a leader. The playbook helped us write her story in such a way that we could not do ourselves. The emails were sent with nervousness and uncertainty, but responses started coming back. We became hopeful and excited.

Day one of AAUs, my daughter takes the court and I see the coaches we emailed courtside watching her — focusing on the details and attributes which Get Seen helped to convey. It was working. Set after set, different coaches came, stayed and watched. She even ran down several balls extending plays, almost running over coaches she had emailed. Why is this detail important, you ask? The coaches emailed back, specifically mentioning her hustle, energy, and never giving up on a ball playing style which her team rallied around. This is what we wrote about. The coaches did NOT care about her height.

Post tournament she has over 200 interactions on University Athlete from 30 schools and the contact has continued! She now talks regularly with several coaches, their players and will be attending player practices post high school season to make her final decision to where she commits to play collegiate volleyball. One of her childhood dreams may come true and I owe it in part to the Get Seen Playbook.

Do not hesitate to purchase it, record all of your child's play (practices too) and start putting in the work! Good Luck!

“So one thing I’ve noticed and absolutely love about your program, is that once it’s caught on to how [my daughter] sounds through the ones that you’ve edited, it creates drafts that sound just like her.
